WishByte ("the app") is operated by Airbyte Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app uses and how we protect your privacy. We built WishByte to be privacy-friendly by design.

Information the app uses

• Your name — entered by you, stored only on your device, used to personalise your greetings.
• Your photo — the picture you pick is used only on your device to create your images. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
• App content — the app downloads templates, quotes and the festival calendar from our servers. These requests do not include your personal data.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not upload your name, photo or contacts to our servers.
• The app does not read your contacts, messages, call logs or location.

Permissions

WishByte requests only Internet access (to load templates and content) and access to photos you choose via the system picker. Images are created and shared from your device.

Sharing

When you tap "Share", your finished image is handed to the app you choose (e.g. WhatsApp) through Android's standard share sheet. We are not involved in that transfer.

Ads & purchases

The free version may show ads served by Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers as described in Google's policies. Optional in-app purchases (Pro) are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your payment details.

Children

WishByte is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13.

Your choices

You can clear your saved name and photo anytime from the app, or by uninstalling it. To request any data action, contact us.
