These terms govern your use of the WishByte app, operated by Airbyte Technologies Private Limited. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
- You may use WishByte to create and share personal and business greeting images.
- You agree not to misuse the app or use it for unlawful, hateful or infringing content.
Content & intellectual property
Templates, designs and artwork in the app are owned or licensed by Airbyte Technologies and provided for use within the app. Images you create with your own name, photo and text are yours to share. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Purchases
Optional Pro features and business plans are sold via Google Play and subject to Google's terms. Prices are shown in the app.
Availability
We aim to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. Content (templates, festivals) may change over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Airbyte Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
